Prices / Payment / Late Payment of Invoices

All prices and product information and descriptions are believed to be correct at the time of publishing. CJR Supplies Ltd reserves the right to alter any prices and or any product and their descriptions at any time without notification.

We understand and will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to our agreed credit terms.

Title of Goods

This will not pass to the purchaser until goods have been paid for in full

Delivery Charges

All deliveries must be signed for.

We will always try to dispatch orders promptly, if an item is out of stock or has been delayed we will always try to contact you.

Packaging and carriage will be charged accordingly.

Discrepancies / Damages

Any discrepancies or damages to any goods must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of despatch date.

Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted upon prior authorisation and must be accompanied by our returns form. Goods returned must be in original packaging

Warranty

Standard manufactures warranty applies to all goods purchased unless the item is second user, this will be posted on the website.

Colours

Whilst every effort has been made to present the true likeness of the product colours, variations may occur on different resolutions and qualities. We therefore cannot guarantee colours will be as seen on your screen.

A lightbar disposal service is available to all makes of lightbar from any end-user and although there is a charge for this service and excludes collection, the lightbar will be recycled for £25 excluding Value Added Tax (if applicable).
 
Should the costs of the exercise exceed this charge, CJR Supplies Ltd will cover any additional cost.
